2 Year Warranty

At Nā Wehi, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade jewelry. We strive to ensure that each piece meets the highest standards of excellence. However, we understand that unforeseen issues may arise. To provide our customers with peace of mind, we have established the following warranty policy.

Warranty Coverage

We offer a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase on all our handmade jewelry items. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues that may arise. Customer must present a receipt or order confirmation.

Covered Issues

  • Breakage or damage to the jewelry due to manufacturing defects
  • Faulty clasps, closures, or findings

Excluded Issues

  • Damage caused by accidents, mishandling, or improper care (see Damage Caused by Customer section below for more details)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by modifications, repairs, or alterations performed by anyone other than Nā wehi
  • Theft or loss of the product

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Email nawehijewelry@gmail.com within the warranty period with your order details and a clear description of the issue.
  2. We may require you to provide photographs or send the item back to us for assessment.
  3. Once we have reviewed your claim, we will determine if the issue is covered under the warranty.
  4. If the claim is approved, we will either repair, replace, or provide store credit for the item at our discretion.

Limitations

Our warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
Repair, replacement, or store credit will be offered solely for the affected item and will not extend to other items or associated costs such as shipping.

Repair and Replacement

If your jewelry qualifies for warranty service, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. If the item is no longer available or cannot be repaired, we may provide an item of equal value. We will cover all reasonable costs associated with the repair or replacement.

Damage Caused by Customer

Damages and breakage resulting from customers can also be fixed and replaced, but a fee may apply for the necessary materials, labor, and shipping. We will provide an estimate of the cost before proceeding with any repair.
