Processing

  • Each jewelry piece is handmade to order and will require processing time to complete. Visit the home page for current processing time.
  • If for any reason there are expected delays, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Return Policy

*Please note, by purchasing an/all items from Nā Wehi, you agree that you've read over and understand our return and exchange policy*

  • We want you to love what you ordered! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery or purchase at a pop-up market. For return inquiries, please contact us at nawehijewelry@gmail.com.
  • Returns initiated after 14 days are eligible for store credit only.
  • All jewelry items must be unworn and in brand new condition. If the jewelry item returned is not up to the standard of ʻbrand newʻ condition, your refund request will be refused and sent back.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
  • For items purchased at pop-ups, returned items must have tags still attached. 
  • SALE ITEMS: All discounted/sale items are all FINAL SALE. Meaning returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be available.

    Shipping

    • Free shipping on all orders over $50 within the U.S. (Discount is automatically applied at checkout).
    • Orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Mail or Priority Mail
    • When your order is mailed, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
    • Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

        Sizing

        • Please be sure that your bangle size is measured correctly via the size guide before ordering.
