Return Policy

*Please note, by purchasing an/all items from Nā Wehi, you agree that you've read over and understand our return and exchange policy*

  • We want you to love what you ordered! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery or purchase at a pop-up market. For return inquiries, please contact us at
  • Returns initiated after 14 days are eligible for store credit only.
  • All jewelry items must be unworn and in brand new condition. If the jewelry item returned is not up to the standard of ʻbrand newʻ condition, your refund request will be refused and sent back.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
  • For items purchased at pop-ups, returned items must have tags still attached. 
  • SALE ITEMS: All discounted/sale items are all FINAL SALE. Meaning returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be available.

Steps for Return

IMPORTANT: The items returned must be in original condition. Any items that appear to have been worn (other than just to try on) will be refused and sent back to customer.

  1. Contact Us: Email to initiate your return within 14 days of delivery or purchase at a pop-up market. 
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and tags. 
  3. Ship Your Return: Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping service of your choice. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  4. Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or issue store credit, as per our policy.
  5. Confirmation: You will receive confirmation via email once your return has been processed and refund has been issued.
