Our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to return or exchange your jewelry item within 14 days of receiving it if you're not completely satisfied. We want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase, and we'll do everything we can to ensure your happiness.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Return Process:

  • If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  • You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refund or Exchange:

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we'll process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions:
